Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Sales role, based in Costa Mesa, CA, but other locations are ok also. Commission based only. The Sales professional will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities will include managing the sales cycle, providing product training and demonstrations, offering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales management team to develop growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in Sales and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Skills in Training and Sales Management to support team growth and improve sales processes.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools is a plus.
- Results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Positive "Can-Do" Attitude
- Ability to persuade others to make a purchasing decision in a positive "Win-Win" scenario.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is helpful, but not required.
- Experience in the telecommunications or VoIP industry is beneficial.
