Co-Founder opportunity to build and scale an innovative customer engagement and community platform for consumer industries including fashion, luxury, beauty, and sustainability- leveraging Blockchain and AI to drive disruption.

Skill sets and experiences we are looking for

  • Early to mid-career.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn B2B GTM, with the ability to convert potential clients.
  • Good with content creation and engage with potential businesses on LinkedIn.
  • Awareness in technologies like Web 3.0, Blockchain, NFT's, and AI. (Must)
  • Experience in the fashion and luxury business. (Must)
  • Connections to investors or potential business clients. (Preferable)

What You'll Be Driving

  • Define and execute the company's go-to-market (GTM) and growth strategy in the US.
  • Opening new business opportunities with fashion, luxury, and retail brands.
  • Create engaging LinkedIn content and drive thought leadership for the brand.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Support fundraising activities like investor outreach, communicate market opportunity, traction, and long-term scalability with confidence and clarity.

Compensation structure

  • Equity in the company.
  • Salary compensation range $50K- $75K. (will be included post fundraising)
  • Twenty-five to fifty percent profit sharing on closing sales.
  • Successful fundraising bonus.

Commitment

  • 4-5 hours per day (Monday - Friday), including daily alignment meetings.
