About Sigvaris

Sigvaris is a leading compression solution provider on a mission to help people feel their best. We are looking for a dedicated Territory Manager to join our Sales team.

Position Overview

The Territory Manager is responsible for increasing sales in an assigned geographical area by establishing and fostering positive relationships with key customers, including retail and physicians.

  • Location: Remote (Must live within the territory and near a major airport)
  • Travel: 20-40% (some overnight)
  • Compensation: $71,000 - $87,000 + uncapped commission + annual bonus up to $5,000

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales of all Sigvaris products in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage key physicians, customers, hospitals, and medical centers.
  • Develop and utilize a structured itinerary and zone plan.
  • Effectively use virtual communication tools (MS Teams, Zoom) to connect with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in sales application tools and analyze sales reports.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and new products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and foster positive relationships.
  • Participate in medical conventions and trade shows.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ISO 13485.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a field sales representative (detailing pharmacies, doctors, and retail preferred).
  • B2B experience highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Must have a vehicle meeting Auto Allowance policy standards.
  • Ability to travel 20-40% of the time.
  • Ability to lift and manage a rolling detail bag and set up displays.
