We are looking for a true talent hunter—someone who values rigorous evaluation standards and loves building scalable hiring pipelines from the ground up. You will work directly with a founder who believes meticulous hiring is the single most important thing a company can get right, and who will back you completely to do it properly.
What You'll Own
End-to-End Full-Cycle Global Recruiting
- Total Funnel Ownership: Own every single stage of the recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, outbound sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handoff.
- Borderless Execution: Recruit globally. Our fully remote team already spans North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. You must be completely comfortable evaluating and navigating talent across diverse continents, cultures, and time zones.
- Rigorous Evaluation Methodology: Run our hiring process end to end using highly structured methodologies—leveraging chronological in-depth interviews, comprehensive career history reviews, transparent structural expectations, and thorough reference verification calls.
Standardization & Leadership Calibration
- Defining Excellence: Train and calibrate hiring managers on exactly what "great" looks like before a single interview takes place. You will build clear competency scorecards and performance rubrics for every new role.
- Consistent Quality: Standardize how talent is evaluated across the entire portfolio to eliminate hiring bias and ensure high retention.
ATS, Pipeline & Data Infrastructure
- 0-to-1 Architecture: Launch, configure, and manage our brand-new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and talent data infrastructure from scratch.
- Data Hygiene: Keep pipeline data clean, current, and reportable. You will track and report on key execution metrics: time-to-fill, pipeline conversion rates, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
Proactive Sourcing & Talent Moats
- Active Hunting: Go far beyond passive job boards. Actively build talent pipelines through advanced LinkedIn Recruiter workflows, Boolean search strings, deep networking, direct candidate outreach, and unconventional sourcing channels.
- Employer Branding: Help us build an enviable employer brand as we emerge from stealth, making our organization highly discoverable to top-tier passive talent.
What You Bring
- 10+ Years of Elite Full-Cycle Recruiting: Proven track record operating in-house or within a high-velocity agency environment.
- Cross-Functional Fluency: Direct experience recruiting across multiple disciplines, including operations, performance marketing, creative, backend engineering, and digital product.
- Structured Interview Mastery: Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Topgrading or similar highly rigorous, chronological, history-based interview methodologies.
- Global Mobility Savviness: Deep experience navigating international hiring landscapes, cultural nuances, and non-US independent contractor or employment frameworks without needing hand-holding.
- High Requisition Stamina: Proven capacity to manage 10+ highly complex, open requisitions simultaneously without letting candidate quality or communication speed drop.
- Elite English Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills (minimum C2 / fluent professional level).
Bonus Points If
- You have experience in performance marketing, direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, or at a fast-scaling, founder-led company growing past 50 people.
- You have personally implemented an ATS or HRIS platform from the ground up.
- You are highly proficient using Notion and modern AI workflows daily to accelerate your recruiting output.

- Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor.
