• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple openings (100+ reqs shared across team)
• Drive sourcing strategy + pipeline top-tier talent
• Partner with hiring managers AND hold them accountable to move fast
• Manage interviews, offers, and candidate experience end-to-end
• Leverage Workday + sourcing tools to stay ahead of the market

✅ What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of corporate full-cycle recruiting
• Strong communicator who can push process + influence stakeholders
• Experience managing high-volume req loads
• Workday or similar ATS experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Moorpark, CA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
