What you'll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both sides of the desk, focusing on both candidates and clients.

  • Execute full life-cycle direct hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level professional roles.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency in identifying new clients and supporting existing ones.
  • Interview candidates and match them with their ideal organizations and career paths.
  • Work toward clearly defined goals with unlimited opportunities for career growth, recognition, and promotions.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience recruiting mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience.
  • High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
  • Team-player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Technically savvy and interested in implementing new technology.
  • Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
  • Driven, with a winning mentality and a friendly competitive spirit.
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base salary range is $50,000–$70,000, plus incentive compensation based on performance.

  • Regional Salary Variations:
    • California: $70,304
    • Colorado: $57,783.96 - $70,000
    • New York City, Long Island, and Westchester: $66,300 - $70,000
    • New York (All Other Locations): $62,353.20 - $70,000
    • Washington: $80,168.40
