We are hiring a small group of high-performance Ambassadors to help scale one of the fastest-growing job search coaching platforms in tech.

What You'll Do

  • Use LinkedIn outreach (via Waalaxy) to connect with job seekers
  • Follow up with leads to ensure they sign up and attend
  • Spend ~30 minutes per day managing replies and outreach

Compensation

  • $50 USD per closed deal generated from your leads
  • Top performers eligible for monthly retainers and expanded roles

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum KPI: 10 webinar attendees per week
  • Strong performance: 15+ attendees per week
  • You will begin with a 1-week trial period to validate performance and communication

Example Earnings Potential

  • Conservative: ~$500 USD/month
  • High performance: $2k (Your earnings scale directly with performance.)

Requirements

  • Based in the U.S
  • Willing to invest up to $39/month in Waalaxy (LinkedIn outreach tool)
  • Willing to be resourceful to make sure job seekers sign up
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-starter mindset; able to figure things out independently
  • Consistent daily availability (minimum 30 minutes/day)
  • Clear and proactive communication
