We build and manage complete digital systems for our clients — from AI-powered front desks and automated follow-ups to CRM management, reputation building, marketing campaigns, websites, funnels, and payment automation. Role Description

We are hiring a Growth & Outreach Intern to help us expand Timesync Media's client base and bring our full suite of business automation services to small businesses that need them.

This is not a passive internship. You will be in the trenches every day — finding the right businesses, starting real conversations, and building the pipeline that drives our growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and building targeted lead lists across industries including salons, clinics, restaurants, real estate, logistics, and more
  • Executing daily outreach via email, DM, and WhatsApp to introduce Timesync Media's services
  • Educating prospects on our full range of solutions — AI front desk, CRM setup, automated follow-up, reputation management, website and funnel builds, marketing campaigns, and payment automation
  • Tracking all leads, follow-ups, and conversations inside our CRM
  • Qualifying prospects and booking discovery calls for the founding team
  • Submitting a weekly report on outreach volume, responses, and results

Qualifications

  • Strong written communication skills — you know how to start a conversation
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without being micromanaged
  • Comfortable with repetitive outreach tasks and hitting weekly targets
  • Interest in sales, business development, or marketing
  • Organised and consistent — you follow up without being told
  • A background in business, marketing, or communications is a plus but not required
  • No prior experience needed — we will train the right person
