At Unishippers, we're building one of the top sales organizations in the logistics industry. We're looking for a driven Recruiter who loves the hunt, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to identify top sales talent before anyone else does.
This is not a recruiting coordinator role. This is a true full-cycle recruiting position focused on finding, engaging, evaluating, and hiring high-performing Account Executives across the country.
The right person is naturally curious, highly organized, competitive, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. They know how to identify sales talent beyond what's on a résumé, ask insightful questions, and confidently recommend candidates who can thrive in a high-performance sales environment. They don't wait for applicants—they go out and find them.
What You'll Do
- Work on LinkedIn Recruiter and Internal TMS systems.
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of sales talent.
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates for sales aptitude, coachability, grit, and culture fit.
- Schedule and manage interviews with hiring leaders.
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and hiring strategy.
- Maintain an organized pipeline within the ATS and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve sourcing and hiring effectiveness.
- Help strengthen our employer brand through LinkedIn and other recruiting initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales recruiting.
- Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting high-volume, outbound sales professionals is highly preferred.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Self-starter who enjoys working independently and solving problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Uses recruiting data to improve results and hiring efficiency.
Preferred Experience
- Recruiting for Account Executive, Business Development, or other sales roles.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales recruiting is a plus.
