Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Wing is on an exciting mission to redefine the future of work! We are looking for a part-time, expert-level Sales Development Representative to join our team immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to create a lead pipeline.
• Engage with prospects to determine product/service suitability.
• Schedule sales demos and meetings.
• Manage CRM (Job Nimbus) and contact lists.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation strategies.
• Set sales goals, track performance, and report results.
• Create and manage customer surveys.
• Handle general administrative tasks and customer inquiries.
• Proactive lead follow-up (calls/SMS/email) via Go High Level.
• Coordinate calls to close sales with business owners.
• Use Phone Burner for outbound calling with local numbers.
• Pre-qualify leads and book appointments for sales reps.
• Maintain CRM pipeline, tag lead stages, and add detailed call notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate course graduate.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• Mandatory: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM, cloud services, VoIP, and desktop sharing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive, confident, and detail-oriented.

Software Tools

• Job Nimbus CRM (Basic knowledge required).
• Phone Burner (For outbound calling).
• General software proficiency.

Technical Requirements

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation.
• Working Webcam.
• Computer: At least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Main Internet: At least 25 Mbps cable connection.
• Backup Internet: At least 10 Mbps.

Schedule and Compensation

• Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.
• Location: Remote.
• Salary: $1,200 USD Monthly (Expert Level).
